We only collect what you type into our forms: contact, quote, or custom project requests.
We use it to answer you and put together a proposal. Nothing else — no tracking, no ads.
We don’t sell or share it with anyone. The tools that help us send emails only see it for that.
We keep it for 24 months, then delete it. Ask us to delete it sooner, any time.

What we collect
We only collect what you write into our forms: name, email, and the content of your request — contact, quote, or custom project. Phone, WhatsApp, and a voice note up to 90 seconds are optional. We don’t track your browsing, use profiling cookies, or run ads.
Why we use it
We use it to reply to you and, if you ask for one, to put together a proposal. The legal basis is your explicit consent, given by ticking the box on the form, together with the steps needed before a possible contract.
Where your data lives
Your data lives in the site’s database, hosted on a server in the EU, with an encrypted backup. If the database is briefly unreachable, we save it temporarily to a file on the same server, then move it back as soon as we can.
How long we keep it
We keep each request for 24 months, then delete it. If you’d rather we deleted it sooner, just ask — above, or at info@exhomo.org.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your data, or file a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (the Garante). Use the buttons above, our contact form, or write to info@exhomo.org. We verify your identity using the email address from your original request.
The providers that help us
We use Resend to send confirmation and reply emails, and an internal automation system to get notified of new requests right away, for instance on Telegram. These providers only handle your data to deliver that message — we don’t sell it, share it, or use it for advertising.
