The cookies we actually use
The public site uses exactly one technical cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers whether you’re reading in Italian or English. It doesn’t track you and we don’t share it with anyone. There are no advertising, profiling, or third-party cookies.
The client area cookie
Only inside the client area, once you’re signed in, we use a session cookie: it recognizes you as you browse your project, so you don’t have to sign in on every page. It expires when you sign out or after a period of inactivity.
Preferences saved in your browser
Two preferences stay only on your device, in your browser’s local storage — not cookies, never sent to our servers: your choice to reduce animations, and any quote you’re drafting. You can clear them any time from your browser settings.
Analytics
If we turn on visit statistics, we use Umami, a tool we run ourselves, with no cookies and no personal data collected: it counts visits in aggregate, not people.
How to manage them
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings at any time: at most, you’ll lose your saved language or need to sign in again in the client area. No essential function of the public site depends on a cookie.
